OK, another late night brainstorm I had the other night, why do movie stars make more... way more... than the people who educate our children. So I want to somehow, someway start a Teacher's Ticket campaign. I want to first see if I can get movie theatres involved. If not, I will do it outside of their help. I would like to declare one night, weather it be a monthly or yearly event, that people go out and instead of paying the $7.00 for a movie, donate it to your local school. Also, if I could find out a way to make it go directly to the teachers would be the best. I realize we love our movies and we love our TV show, but for and actor to make $1.5M an episode or $25M a movie, and the people who educate our children make only $30K a year, that just doesn't seem right to me. So, let me know if you think of anything that could help this. First off, I need a catchy name... Teacher's Ticket just sounds stupid.

I think that the same could be said for our law enforcement folks. Policemen start out making 18-20 thou a year. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT PICTURE??
