OK, here's the situation. Since we had Chloe 2 months early, and her immune system is not that of a normal babie's, Julie does not want to put her in day care, which makes since to me. But, we are losing Julie's paychecks each month because she is staying home with her. I have been contimplating going back to restaurants due to the fact that I took about a $10k pay cut to come here. But, the way of life is shittier in restaurants. If I don't go back, we may have to move in with her parents before long (which is not a bad thing). I just don't know. I don't want to lose my wonderful hours, but without the $$, I'm screwed as well. Hmmm.....
This really requires no response, I was just kind of thinking out loud. But if you have thoughts, please feel free to share.

As the guys in family go with, a man has to do what a man has to do. First, decide what is best for Chloe, since she cannot make any decisions on her own, then go from there. I know there are day care alternatives, but not sure what and prolly more expensive. On a similar, but different note, my roomie found out yesterday that his offices are closing down. He was given an ultimatum, move to Utah (home offices) or loose your job. Be thinking about him and if anyone knows a good place with one bedroom apartments in north austin, let me know. Hasta!!!

Ron I like Hunters Chase, I lived there for a year and a half they are not the most beautiful but they are not bad and I think they have some great specials. Hunter's Chase and Pond Springs intersection.
Baloo I hear ya. Kids change your life so quickly! Im sure the hours working for a restaurant are long and the stressful but what would be better for your family. Would moving in with parents be something you could do without stress. Would losing your privacy be a big thing to you guys? I would do what is best for everyone (even yourself) and go from there. Good Luck I hope everything works out for you.
