Hell, I never know what I'm making until about an hour before I eat whatever it is I'm about to make. However, I do have a couple of Pork Tenderloins I needa' cook up. Maybe I'll have that tonight.

I'm making fried chicken, rice, gravy, steamed baby carrots, and who knows what for dessert....probably just some ice cream or the rest of the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies from yesterday. ;D
